Ingredients: 2 packs of Enoki mushrooms (approximately 400g) Dark soy sauce: 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon Sake: 3 tablespoons Mirin: 3 tablespoons Sugar: 1 tablespoon Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon Grated garlic: 1 teaspoon Directions: 1. Cut off the stems of the Enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces. 2. Bring the seasonings to a boil in a pot. 3. Add the Enoki mushrooms, mix, cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. 4. Remove the lid and simmer for about 2 minutes to remove moisture. 5. Once cooled, transfer to a clean container and store in the refrigerator. Finished! Oyster sauce is added as a secret ingredient to bring out the flavor of the Enoki mushrooms to the fullest. 6. The richness of the oyster sauce further deepens the flavor of the enoki mushrooms, and it's sure to make you want to eat more rice, so please give it a try.
