My gal makes these ...we call them joe-joe 's or wedges whichever. She dunks them in her special blend of herbs and spices and bakes them @350-375 for 25-30 min depends. You can cut the baking time by par+boiling the spuds! Thankyou for sharing your version Tanja!!! Much love from Oregon 😁

Your potatoes 🥔 look delicious! I make a similar recipe only difference is I sprinkle them with a spice mix called Mrs. Dash (yellow cap version) & I usually buy either small gold or red potatoes that way I don't have to boil my potatoes. I'm going to try your version. I Love garlic & paprika etc..❤
