Chicken & potato curry ingredients:
- 1.5kg Chicken Legs (no skin)
- 500g Potatoes (quartered)
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 4 Tomatoes (sliced)
- Whole spices (2 Bay Leaves, 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds)
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
- Powdered spices (1 teaspoon each: Garam Masala, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Ground Turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder)
- 500ml Water
Kebabs ingredients:
- 1kg Lamb Mince
- 1 Onion & 1 Tomato (processed)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon each (Salt, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Flakes)
- 1 cup Gram Flour
Bake @ 200c/180c fan for 20 mins (turn once halfway) or airfry for 10 mins
