a reminder for anyone who is sad 

This is a reminder for anyone who is sad that you CAN get through this. I know when you're really in a dark and sad place, it can feel like there's no hope to turn things around...BUT that isn't true. You don't have to stay sad. You can turn things around bit by bit.
