I love how the tape glitched when Boulez said he wouldn't ask anyone to imitate his mannerisms... the tape has some serious dramatic timing talents lol

Glitch from 9:53 to 11:40 - don't give up!

Frustrating due to tape glitches, but interesting, if not completely convincing to me, personally... much as I enjoy Chereau's production. The commentary is just too grandiose. I'd not trade one of Mozart's greatest operas for the whole Ring.

Does anyone know who's singing at 28:32?
