While the car itself was clean and well-maintained, I have to be honest, our experience with them wasn't entirely positive. We opted for the airport pickup and drop-off, which came with an additional charge, figuring it was worth the convenience. Picking up the car at the airport went smoothly, the owner was on time, and everything seemed fine. However, during the return, things took a turn. The owner requested we pick him up from his home, which was a significant detour from our route to the airport. We obliged, but upon reaching the airport and getting out of the car, he unexpectedly demanded a drop-off fee. The audacity to have him picked-up from home, and demand a drop-off fee?? Seriously? We were already frustrated by the detour, and to top it off, he had our safety deposit and our flight was leaving soon, so we had no choice but to pay. Looking back, it wasn't a pleasant experience that too from the owner of the company. This happened a few years ago and back then there were very few companies offering self-drive rental cars near Gwalior airport. So you might want to consider other car rental companies at the airport as well, just to be on the safe side.
