Paul Cantu wut up its the damn thrift gawd up in here. Love ur content bro. Save the planet, buy vintage yes! And ur right about Graham he’s a marvel character no doubt!
Tonight on NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, Geoff Bennett sits down for an exclusive interview with Former Secretary of State John Kerry - his first interview since he was tapped to be the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate in the Biden-Harris administration. Watch the full interview tonight on NBC.
He said the shoes were worth 1800 and gave him 800!!‽ Then said I got a "good deal" NO YOU DIDN'T!! 1100 for everything...now that's a rip off! They're gonna sell them for like 1400 or 1500. He got finessed by Round II
TrueBlueDC4L they sold em for 8 and I made double what I paid for them so it’s not really some highway robbery, chill. Plus not strapped for cash and I made profit rather than waiting another 6-8 months for them to sell LOL
@@cdaa1011 man said 1k for the Akira and the beavis then buddy with the blonde hair jumped in and gave you 150 for your Akira so the flannel guy said now your new total is 1070 💀💀💀 that shit made 0 sense and you got robbed of over 100 dollars. He was supposed to pay you more than what you got....
Yikes. You guys are young. The trainer community is huge. 5 years ago everyone was rocking gel lyte 3s and 5s. No appreciation for kicks unless it’s a trend smh
All I wanted was a hour long video and Gram comes with the almost 4 hour jawn!!! You are the best gift of all!! Now for 2020 lets get 1 every month mmmmkkkkayy!!!
First time seeing this, I used to live in an apartment across the street from the Richmond location. All of my guests wanted to visit when they came into town. This is a true RVA staple. I love the growth and I will continue to follow the progression of the business.
I bought the dunks for 3 and sold them to Dom for 6. Akira tee was thrifted. Plus I feel way better selling to round two rather than grailed, depop, ebay, etc. support your local business
Christopher Haake bruh they’re no longer “local business”, they’re now big sharks in the tank. They’re gonna be putting it up for sale for more than it would go for on another platform
xteupzx1 fair, but think of the overhead costs of running a business like this. They need to make a profit (at least 30-50% more than what they paid for) and cover employee salaries, etc. Ppl complain all the time about lowballing but it’s not even close to compared to other places and consignment stores I’ve tried to sell at where they’re trying to make a 75-80% profit and don’t care about their customers
Yoooo that ending to the Richmond store was savage AF! 😂😭😂🤣 “Yo Luke can I holla at you for a minute?” Btw if anyone was down at that lake they prob 100% thought he was dumping a body 😂
I love the round two show so much! Every once in a while I would go and check on the channel to see if I missed an upload but when I had finally seen that this nearly 4 hour long episode got uploaded I was so stoked! Can’t wait for what is to come!
The Bundesliga mourns the death of Diego Maradona. The world of football has lost one of its all time greats. Our thoughts and condolences go out to Diego's family, friends and loved ones.
Ryan Madden I mean what do u want them to do ,there working and use to it there not going to be jumping up and down and laughing,at the end of the day it’s a job
Miami and Florida as a whole sucks. It's not a fashion city and people only wear t shirts and shorts. They can't sell sweatshirts, sweaters or jackets. That was a horrible investment. If anything they should have opened one in Atlanta instead of Miami. Geographically it would have made more sense.
H Garcia don’t think he means in regards to how they act. The store is just super dead no one really coming in and when they do super blunt and not interested in anything other than getting cash
I love seeing items from early episodes, these vintage items have so much more character then the mass produced stuff. I love to see dunks are making a come back, great episode over all!
I love how This show portrays the employees as having the best customer service, that’s only the case when Sean, Graham, or any of the owners are there. If you actually go they’re all pieces of shit and never greet or have a conversation with you when you’re there.
Tommy Canlas I’ve been to round two la, an employee asked if I needed anything or any help, like a minute after I walked in, it really depends on the employee
Facts, I've been following them since HS. Finally went to the LA one this past summer and I'll never go again. Half the racks were empty and the employees literally talked to eachother the whole time I was in front of them. Vintage store was way better, if you are planning to visit a store to expect it to be like the show where everyone is down to earth to just chop it up.
tippylertsa102 most stores don’t really buy a lot and if they do they always throw store credit they “buy a lot” when the camera comes on. I’m by the NY store and they either pass or always throw store credit
@@anthonyduque6066 it seems like the VA store buys more types of Jordans. The LA store only buys 1s and the most hyped releases. Plus it's frustrating to try to sell the exact same vintage and older Supreme shirts that they had on their Insta last month and then passing on it. I stopped going to their stores. They pass on everything and almost everything there is rrape pricing.
tippylertsa102 that’s true I’ve tried selling multiple items to them a few times but it’s hit or miss depending on the item but same hung goes for the NY store they’ll usually always take 1s and hyped items like off whites
@@robertf6409 about 90% of their Supreme inventory is from the last two years, no joke. Recent Supreme is trash and has no hype, no resale value. The employees there buy it cheap and it just fills up rack space but sits forever. It makes sense because you can buy new Supreme easily at 40-50% less than R2 prices online. Round Two has a garbage selection of Supreme. Most employees don't know how to price older Supreme so they lowball hard for it and people will pass and it means the store is all new junk.
Last time I watched this show I was a 14 year old little boy full of hope and dreams for the future, barely hit puberty... now I’m a 45 year old man on my second marriage with 3 children, a mortgage, and a boat going through a mid life crisis... maybe I’ll sell the boat and buy some yeezys 🤔
It really is pretty insane and inspirational that we have literally been able to watch the process of them going from a small hole in the wall dive boutique. To this chain of like 10+ stores all over the country and too see all they’ve done. No matter what people think or say they really did build a decent brand from nothing.
Wow as I’m watching Luke is giving the Chicago employees the speech about customer service, Hey Luke can you relay that message to your LA employees, I go to the store once a month and the only times I get someone greeting me and respecting me is when Sean is there. The Hispanic buyer is a really nice guy, but the other guys are pretty suspect. Everyone I’ve encountered at the merch store is always nice though.
Tommy Canlas funniest thing about this comment is that a few days ago Luke posted (on his Instagram story) that the Hollywood store was hiring so it seems you’re not the only one w the problem
The Mexican guy who looks like DJ Khaled is the worst! He's always saying some bs to me and eyeing my fit like it's trash. Plus he lowballs on everything
tippylertsa102 honestly I can’t say I had the same experience, I brought in some Beat to death, literally beat to death DMP Celtic 1’s and he offered me $150 cash or $200 store credit and I’m not exaggerating on the beatness.
Amazing to have seen the growth.... lucky enough to have been at the London pop up travelled from London to la and New York to both stores respectively as my first stop in town!! Genuinely the best guys in the buying selling service side of the world!!!!!b Bring a store to London I’ll work for mad low haha
Took me 3 days to watch this damn thing... well worth it. Love you guys also had another one of my favorite you tubers the thrift God Paul Cantu... keep up the great work...
Been a minute since I watched, I left off mid season 4! They finally brought it, to the Chi? 😮💯 Can't wait to visit, just looked it up, y'all opened up on my birthday! That's crazy, I been down since episode 1! 👊✌️
