This time I made an aluminum fuel tank.There are many ways to make an aluminum tank.I always make it by trial and error.There is no correct answer in manufacturing.This is just one example.
今回は製作中のR100RSカスタムに載せるアルミタンクを製作します。特に誰かに習ったわけではないので、アルミタンク製作はいつも悩みながらの作業です。作り方は人それぞれ、色々な方法がありますが、物づくりに正解はありません。これは私のやり方のほんの一例です。皆さん自由な発想で物づくりをお楽しみください。

One of the worst things BMW did was to make fuel tank from aluminum. I know . I owned a K 75 and the bottom rotted out.

Very good work.. I'm 50 and been into motorcycles since I was 16..I've seen many motorcycle repairs over my life..good and bad..today's fast paced world.. does not appreciate Craftsmanship..especially the younger generation..they have no clue what kind of work goes into building something from raw materials..I just wish people today would be like you..TIME and hard work pay off ...you have SKILLS..
