Won't get my head out my apartment now!! 😆 I don't know much about DIC but I have had dealings with the family office (an investment company set up by the super wealthy and royalty) owned by a member of the Dubai royal family. I know the CEO pretty well and got introduced to said member of Royal family. I know they are all lifelong reds. I know they were interested in buying LFC. This CEO told me as he dines with the guys running DIC that figure to buy Liverpool had to be right. What that figure is he wouldn't divulge to me. He's a bit of an arse to do business with btw. I know no more than this.

Thanks for the big build up Dunk. Not sure a lad that left school at 16 with 1 O level deserves such. I just followed my dad's advice 'it's not what you know but who you know' to learn stuff. Lol The not too distant future I'd say is 2-3 years maximum. Whether it happens sooner depends on whether a buyer steps forward with the right number. Dunk has said this perfectly before. FSG want someone to ask whether we're for sale. FSG will probably say maybe depending on the offer but we're not desperate to sell. It's like someone comes along and asks if you'll sell your house. You say not really but if the offers right. So if they offer you £700k for your £500k house many would take it. If you put your house up for sale at £500k, then you're saying I need to sell and could accept £450k.It's the same in the mergers and acquisitions game even if you're selling a football club.

Sounds amazing. I always wished we sold to Dubai all those years ago. Would’ve saved us a lot of trouble we had with these useless American owners. 20 years from now every premier league club will likely be owned by Middle Eastern multi billionaires in my opinion. It’s inevitable in all sports, not just boxing. Certain fans that don’t like the idea, need to move with the times, this isn’t the 80’s anymore. If FSG sell soon, then there was never any point selling to more hedge funders that can’t compete anyway. We’re already seeing Man Utd put plans into place to build a 100,000 capacity super stadium. We just cannot get left behind. None of this skipping windows and sustainability nonsense anymore we’re LFC. We exist to win trophies 🏆 Hope you’re well Dunk 👍

If FSG don’t sell in next 18 months I can see the value dropping slightly .. not by much not talking billions but a couple hundred million .. I thought Liverpool Was worth £4b but £5b Interesting .. let’s hope they sell up before

As we're not a PLC everything is open to negotiation. But I think from the finances we're seeing in football then the pool of buyers at the top end and what they're willing to pay is not going to increase anytime soon.

I personally don't think FSG would sell Liverpool fc . However, they might sells if say the City 115 charges didn't result in anything, meaning that City get a blank sheikh, excuse the punt, to do all their dirty dealings. Should City get punished, Liverpool would certainly look to partners , allowing FSG to recoup some or most of their investments and probably diversify as they are now looking at a different business model.

Investment ( partial ) share change. If anything imo Dunc. FSG have raised Liverpool profile to greater than rivals Man U. Formally biggest said Club in the World. Obviously no-more. It's a Brand and they will be expanding it. I should imagine. If are. Only Saudi can afford it.

Sports Washing doesn't wash anymore 😞 Look at Newcastle & especially City. It's a cunning ploy to increase the price of the shares. It worked for the Glazers when everyone though Quatar were a very to buy them outright.
