1) the cards must be relatively simple to make;
2) all cards should be based on one pattern;
3) you have to learn phased work.
What is a phased job in scrapbooking? If you want to create quick cards for Christmas, it is worth being aware that the individual stages of creating handicrafts are performed faster when they become a certain routine for us. The point is that by creating, for example, hot embossing on 5 different sheets at once, you will do it much faster than by embossing one sheet. Why? Because:
- you do not have to take out all the tools and products necessary to perform hot embossing every time;
- you perform repetitive activities, thanks to which you do it faster;
- you can first apply the pattern through the mask on all works, then sprinkle all of them with powder, sprinkle the excess powder and then treat all the pages with warm air - your work is systematized, repeatable, you do not waste time heating the device again, you only clean once after work, etc.
While preparing hand-made Christmas cards in a staged system requires a lot of space (e.g. to spread several databases of cards next to each other), but on the other hand, it also allows you to better control the formation of a mess in the studio. And it is known that the smaller the mess, the less cleaning up after work, and the less cleaning ... the more time to create more cards! :-)
