This makes me really want a video on RU-vid about just the dock filling up with water without the robot! I just like seeing it work. I wonder or wish that could work for the s7 max v ultra.
Thanks for this. I've just had mine a week, but I found the room it was cleaning had a bit of a smell. When I look at the base station it's full of dirty water. It's not draining it and cleaning it properly after cleaning the mop pads. Any tips? I ran the self repair so I'm waiting for ti it clean again.
@@jamie.andrews I did that after the self repair finished and it did drain it. I'll see what happens after cleaning tomorrow. I'm finding it's leaving a lot of hair on the floor. The brushes didn't have much hair around them but there was a ton of hair in the bin that doesn't seem to be emptying. It's cleaning every day so it's not like there is a ton of hair to pick up each day.
This is an amazing machine! But I am so disappointed with the manual and the app! I feel like I need instructions for the app! So any quick tips would be helpful!
I put together an app video which will help some even though it is for a different robot and using the MI home app instead. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yxFwIElkR6o.html
Is it possible to remove the entire bottom tray, not just the bumpy triforce insert? I feel like doing a deep cleaning of the tray in my kitchen sink. I dont want to splash dirty water everywhere while i scrub near my floor
That’s awesome thanks. On a different but maybe related note I have been having issues with mine.. I seem to be getting mites all over my unit!! I bleached the whole house and the unit and dried it out over a week before reusing it. It seemed to have cleared but then few weeks later the mites came back. I suspect they are mold mites. Possibly due to the left over water in the base… but not sure. Has anyone else had any similar issue with theirs?? I’m about to pull my hair out lol
Had the same issue. Thankfully after thoroughly cleaning of the machine and throwing out that bag it has been okay. Was so gross and I probably won’t buy a robot vac again. Just a stick mop/vac.
Hi! Im from mexico and Im about to buy the L10S ULTRA but i’ve seen that in the other model (the cheaper one) you can refill the detergent Liquid and Im not sure if you can do it Also in the ULTRA, cause i cant been able to find here jn mexico were to buy the repleacements they dont even sell them. Hope you can help me out.
Yes, u totally can refill the detergent, just cut the lid off at the top, which used for air travel in. I've just done it myself today. Just makes sure u buy the detergent that is compatible with the robot, if u use the wrong one, you may damage and block the water drain
I just bought a Dreame L10s ultra and was excited to try this feature. I tried it the first time I went to clean the base, but it doesn't work at all! When I called the company, the person I spoke to had no idea the feature existed and told me the only way to get water into the base was to add it to the tank on top. Do you have any ideas?
@@jamie.andrewsdo you think the Dreame L20 ultra is worth the extra money? I can't make up my mind if we should get a L10s Ultra or a L20. Both are expensive here in Sweden. L10s ultra is about 800 dollars, L20 ultra is about 1200 dollars. What do you think? We have a old Cleanmate 900 atm.
@@Fantomas-HiTech Maybe I am just overlooking it for a 3rd time. Can you tell me what page you see this written? I will gladly change the title of the video if I can find it.
