I feel like if this game was given a proper first person mode like a real viewmodel, deliberate camera angles for death blows, a working lock on, etc. it would still be a pretty great game
90 to 120 is the average for FPS games like Overwatch, COD etc or any first person view game released since the mid 2000's as it's a standard. It's so limited in this mod. Non FPS first person games such as Outlast 1 and it's DLC (which I love) has more FOV. Fuck, Even games like Monster Hunter Rise which is a third person style game like the Myazaki Collection games have does up to 90! I know it's a mod and is genuinely impressive that it can be done, but the lack of that FOV is a problem for standards even in the modding scene...
Ok but can we talk about how cool the Owl fight is in 1st person. The shrunken throw to disorient and close the gap is so dope to actually see in this perspective
@@Marsy221 yeah man the owl is tricky, him and the final boss are the ones that give me the most trouble on every single run. Edit: i hope you beat him!
Tbh i find first person easier to parry, cause the attacks are all in your face and thats a much better insentive than trying to time the attack hitting ur player model
I know this is old but do you know what he’s using on his sword for that effect? I’m new to Sekiro about ashina depths and wanted to know how he got them
@@cadendanoob5750 divine confetti. you have to pick them up in the early game, you only get to buy them in super late game. gives you a bit of extra damage that goes through blocks and lets you attack apparition type enemies, otherwise ur hits only do posture damage on them
If you want me to be nice then dude this guys played it a million times and all the souls games before it I’d assume this is your first one so it’s fine to struggle, keep trying don’t give up it’s a fucking brilliant game and extremely satisfying. Now don’t read ahead needed to get my anger out somehow However in all honesty Jesus fuck you suck at the game that’s just pathetic.
What I didn’t realize that I actually kinda cool, you can see for a split second during the first deathblow of the guardian ape fight that his first phases model is built in with the severed next part with it so during the beheading they most likely just remove the upper body/head and next part of the models mesh kinda neat
You're too goooood. Awaiting item/enemy randomizer with baited breath. Also did you get to play more Tsushima? You're the only one I can find whose opinion I agree with about it.
@@Diego-og7nk He said he didn't care for it too much but that he was gonna play more. Also that it's like Red Dead meets Assassin's creed. Like the combat is AC 2 levels. I agree. And the quest progression is like RDR.
There should be a mod that lets you switch between combat arts like prosthetics. It would be dope to start a move and upon execution (after spirit emblem cost, or mid animation) switch to the other combat art and pull that off right after. Just 2-3 Might sound sketch but a good example of use would be a shadow rush into a senpou leaping kicks immediately. Also leaping kicks to spiral cloud. Ichimonji into nightjar reversal. Mortal draw to ashina cross would be nuts but the list can go on. It might make the game aThat would be dope if this game came alive again.
It’s amazing how much easier Guardian ape is on repeat playthroughs. The first time you fight him it seems so hard, until you realize you can just throw the kitchen sink at him and end his first phase quick. Phase 2 is easier because you can deflect him more comfortably
