Tip for getting the labels back off of your spice jars: Use a hair dryer to heat up the glue and the labels will easily peel off.

Having a bit of a crappy day today, just watched your video and feeling inspired to get on with some things which I know will make me feel better. As a Coach and Professional Organizer: lóved it! Your OCD with the labels: 😂😂. Tip: Ikea has some sort of little cupboard/pantry racks (you have to put them together yourself of course 😂), so you can put the last pots higher up. Very handy for everything, also for mugs etc. That way you can store something underneath! 😘

The data groups/studies etc on blue zones are hugely flawed and biased (especially around diet) but the concepts are still good and interesting...we all need to take care of our health holistically/naturally and stop relying so much on western medicine 💊 here's to a long and healthy life ❤
