Improve on video quality. Rule of thumb... viewers see what your camera is showing and not what your eyes are seeing. You have many unnecessary transitions in your footage which offer a limited view of the house and space therein. For example review your video and see what the viewers saw of the laundry room, or the kitchen pantry...

That is a very beautiful house I must say. However, just like from the other comments here, my feeling is that you have not given us a proper tour of that magnificent home. For one, the video is rushed. You're not spending enough time to give all the details about the various spaces in the house, for instance the bedrooms. No description about the closet spaces, how big they are to support the two beds we're seeing and things like that. You showed us only an angle of the laundry room with a slightly open door. So stop the rush especially when showcasing a house of that standard. Similarly, with the rushed video, there are too many and very sharp unnecessary transitions which makes the video very busy and unfriendly for someone trying to follow and get the details of the home. Just flow step by step with smooth transitions from one space to the next to give time for people to soak in the house adequately. Otherwise, keep doing what you do lakwenyon. Just discovered the channel and I'll be happy to consume more content as I gear up towards owning my home.
