Made from Walnut & Maple.
Mitred corners and handles are secured with brass pins.
The Maple parts receive one coat Osmo 3041 to prevent yellowing the wood (applied with roller). The Walnut receives two coats Osmo 1101. (applied with rag) The final finish is a paraffin oil/ beeswax/ carnauba wax mixture that I heat before application. This doesn’t effect the colour of the Maple due to the previous application of the 3041.
