The mushroom's lookin really good, definitely evocative of something otherworldly. Something that may be worth trying is placing those quartz blocks around the room in tendrils, as "mushrooms" are just the reproductive part of the fungus. Most of the organism exists as a tangle of mycelium, so it might be cool to have white branches growing up out of the ground like it's grown too big for the dome to contain, or whatever

That’s a lovely idea, I didn’t put as much thought into the growth of fungi until this comment so adding spores and budding shrooms would be a nice touch!

The finished dome with the glass is like a green house maybe make the dome the last of nature in the nether with dead mushroom trees outside the dome and make the life dead outside the dome

Two of my favorite creators (you being on of them) have released nether hub building, specifically over world in the nether hub lol. Funny to watch how two people do the same thing but different!
