Some of the move sets that UI(sign) Goku has that it should have been required to MUI Goku, I guess everything still evens out. Plus UI(sign) Goku's health is indeed higher than Goku's MUI form.

It is because he uses mods and the Goku ultra instinct signals the movements and skills because they are the ones that are going to come out and some of those skills because you are going to find it when you are going to wear goku MUI because now it has 3 style and before it had two because they put the update there is a lot but if you want to have some of those skills then you go to the third suit of Goku MUÍ and it will be and remember that they take out the DLC 14 which is where dyspo Goku signal and Vegeta gt are and more things
