Arrive in Jaubari, a small village that serves as the starting point for the trek.

Day 2: Jaubari to Tumling (9 km, 5-6 hours)
The trek begins with a gentle ascent through forests and small villages.
Reach Tumling, located at an altitude of around 2,900 meters.
Overnight stay in Tumling.
Day 3: Tumling to Kalipokhri (13 km, 6-7 hours)
Trek through the Singalila National Park, with chances to spot red pandas and various bird species.
Pass through Gairibas and Kaiyakatta before reaching Kalipokhri, a small lake town.
Overnight stay in Kalipokhri.
Day 4: Kalipokhri to Sandakphu (6 km, 3-4 hours)
A steep climb leads to the highest point of the trek, Sandakphu, at 3,636 meters.
Enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks.

Day 5: Sandakphu to Sabargram (14 km, 7-8 hours)
Trek through a ridge offering stunning views of the mountains and valleys.
Reach Sabargram, a remote area with basic accommodation.
Overnight stay in Sabargram.
Day 6: Sabargram to Gorkhey via Phalut (16 km, 7-8 hours)
Trek to Phalut, another high point with magnificent views.
Descend through forests to Gorkhey, a beautiful village by the river.
Overnight stay in Gorkhey.
Day 7: Gorkhey to Srikhola (15 km, 6-7 hours)
Trek through the forest and pass by small villages.
Reach Srikhola, where the trek ends.
Overnight stay in Srikhola.
Day 8: Srikhola to Darjeeling
Drive back to Darjeeling.
End of the trek.
