What ya need is square trussing with out stands just use podiums to support the Truss and introduce moving heads and par then introduce DMX to the rig as sound 2 light doesn't look good or professional
i would tell ppl to go for the rcf J8 speaker its 900 but it is easy to carry and setup and it is top and sub all togther and looks better at gigs no more tripods and cables really ...plus gives u sub for bass and only weights like 30pounds
It's the wire set up I'm struggling with. Laptop to mixer is fine. But what leads I need to run from the mixer to two speakers? connection types? The mixer has the standard left and right standard speaker connections. Also where do the large cable connectors run to? Thanks in advance.

A lot of times if I can make my own mixes in mash ups, I will. But if I’m pressed for time, there are several sites you can go to that people upload their mixes in mash ups and things to that you can use.. one of them is mix house
There was no mixer. Plugged into the laptop and connected to the back of the speakers. But if you want to run multiple things then yes you will need a mixer
Nope!! The speakers have amps already built in them.. they are plug-and-play.. which is why I got them because my other big speakers took amps to power them. It just got to be a lot to carry around so I downsize to these.
