Press wines grapes and use pomace as soon as possible; fill still with pomace as directed and cover with warm water; still it and collect head, heart and tail; blend for desired taste and alcohol; age as is or infuse with marijuana leaves or beer hops; age in oak barrel and enjoy!

Nice to see an authentic distilling video👍. Very interested in how the hop infused spirit turns out, does a lot of the bitterness come through?

Thanks and no bitterness -just a pleasant taste and smell of hops. It mellows with time.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. How long do you let the pomace ferment before distillation and how much final product you collect per each bach.

Happy to share, grapes ferment 5 to 7 days, 15 gallon still gives about 3/4 gallon : Thank you
