I loved my Texas, I always prayed I would get a CV match Than they nerfed the AA, and range hard, Texas use to be a borderlike 6km no fly zone, you where suicidal if you got within that range, now at 3.5km it's really only a threat if you try to target it. They neutered it's AA
They only actually reduce its range. Its DPS is still the same (ie on t8 USN level) but the range decrease plus the lack of anyway to increase the range definitely hurt it alot
That particular on is from a mod, in the wows mod station. However there are some genuine Anime commander which could be bought or earn during there cross over events
