how can you tell what the status of the enemy repair is? Is there an indicationt that tells you they repaired a flood vs the flood being repaired by auto/signals?
While you cannot tell how long a person DCP is active for, you can tell if its active by a pair of lights on either side of the ship on the conning tower which will be illuminated white while the DCP is active. Alternative if your the one who cause the flood then looking at your damage numbers is another good well to tell.
