The problem is when you were rolling the dough you rolled until it was very thin,it's supposed to be a bit thick so that ,you will achieve flesh in the mandazi
Thanks for your response,I think may be your measurements did not match mine especially the baking powder and then maybe you also did give time for the dough to rest
@@foy41gmail6 she gave the measurements but are inaccurate ,she said 2kg flour,4tbsp baking powder,4tbsp sugar,4cups of water, I tried it the sugar is far from taste and baking powder is more, the water is also more
This receipe is just average....texture is good..but...mandazi is tasteless - need more sugar and water, measurements don't add up.... sorry.. wouldn't try this again.
