At the end, i feel so sorry for the young guy. He truly adores the man, and it would be a wonderful, amazing love story. I love the man's love for his boyfriend. This movie cannot make me cry so hard, but it always makes me feel blue and regret.
I know right. He's absolutely "Crazy" about George. When he sees him walking along The Campus of USC, he's on The Grass with his Friend before Class and he waves to him. How many of his other Students do that? I looked at him as The Man that George could continue to be with and find love again with after Jim. Remember how Kenny bought George The Pencil Sharpener. By today's standards George may have gotten into trouble. I work in a Bank and they are very strict about accepting presents.
True. It was probably heartbreaking for him. He kept the gun away and stayed to make sure George don't do it and yet he'll still wake up to find George gone. 😢
Isn't it amazing how both of the actors are actually British Born and one does a US Accent. They are brillant at doing that. Also Swimming and Pool Scenes are synonmous in Erotic Movies and Fiction.
Gorgeous movie, beautiful scene and score... Yet all I can think is, they must have been freezing to death during that shooting... I really hope it was a summer night! 🙈
No it was Fall since The College Term began. It was probably the most rebellious thing that George did in a long time or ever. Also keep in mind that The Beach has always been synonomous in LGBT Culture. There's Fire Island featured in Longtime Companion, Calvin Klein went to his First All Male Weekend in 1970 and he later would Suntan on The Beach with his Friend the late Giorgio Santangelo. In the Documentary about Halston Joel Schumacher (RIP) talked about the fun he and Halston had as well going dancing in Harlem
@@camogrrl Aww. I wish I could jump through the Computer and give you an Air Hug & Kiss. I just watched alot of LGBT Movies where there are Beach Scenes. Also if you can check out Mr. Porter's Channel which is affiliated with Tom Ford. It's so amazing. Men talk about Fashion, Relaxation, Cooking and the like.
@@elizabethwoolnough4358 LOL yeah, it's dark, cold and you don't know what will grab you. If I want romantic night swim, it would be in a pool, with just me in it slowly swimming to the edge with moonlight on the water.
