A Slice Of The Dee 

The River Dee - Langollen, North Wales
This is my home run and possibly my favourite run in the UK! Why? Well it runs 365 days of the year for a start not a common feature in a natural UK river. It always has fun moves to make providing you have got the right boat and no matter how good you are theres alway a challenge to be had. The biggest draw to this river however is the people you paddle it with, no matter the skill level its a river everyone can enjoy.
When the river hits 1.2 on the EA gauge it becomes a different beast with some truly amazing features and when it hits 1.8 the infamous Campsite Waves arises to form an epic world class wave. There are a few features missing in this video, most notably 'Chain Bridge Hole' and the 'Phat Controller', I guess there needs to be a part two.
