The Toyota Windom was sold here as the Lexus ES and were extremely common. Essentially a slightly rebodied Camry XV30.

These sorts of festivals are a good idea as they hopefully help people who have an old car realise that rather than being ready to be scrapped it is only a few years away from being considered a classic. It's that period between being "old" and being deemed a "classic" where a lot of great things are lost. Happens to buildings a lot too.

The price of secondhand cars in this country is particularly low in comparison with many other places, and so this sort of thing really does become quite an issue.

Some nice examples Joseph I hear you say this a lot with Volvos what is a white block engine I have not heard of this also in the news here Carlo Travalos has been fired by the board of directors is it true or fake news which there is a lot of here best regards Andy Allen.

The white block was Volvo's modular four, five and six cylinder engine that was used between about 1990 and 2016. Most of the white block engines were five cylinder units, although I have driven cars with the four and six cylinder engines too. White blocks were also used in certain Land Rover and Ford models.
