I remember it being 2004 as I was a new mum to my son who was born mid December 2004, I was only 19 at the time. Crazy to think it was 20 years ago this December! Such a horrible tragedy x

Hey! That’s so cool you’re from Edinburgh I’m guessing you’re based at Edinburgh park! I filmed a q&a today when I answered this one but as a quick run down, I moved here because of job opportunities and friends were moving here it was the right time for a change and to experience something new. As for getting into accounting I feel as though I just found myself in it and it’s worked out, it was never something I imagined but recently I’ve realised it does make me feel fulfilled! Thank you so much, ahh where did you move to after London? It’s such a great city but lots of people my age are moving to smaller towns/suburbs! My bag is from a charity shop called the Royal trinity hospice they make them out of recycled carrier bags! such a good one for food shopping xx

Yes of course! It’s very easy and basically one of the ‘just roll’ puff pastry sheets rolled out with a layer of pastry on the base with a layer of (air fryer roasted) veg and then baked and topped with feta cheese it’s so yummy and I take to work with me for lunch quite often with a salad! Xx
