You want to change your landscape? Those flyovers I see nothing impressive at all. Grow a field and allow it to go to seed and don’t graze it at all let it go to seed and in the middle of winter go out there and lay that grass over do not cut it just smash it down to the ground. Now stay off of it till mid spring when new growth is really good. It will look like you mulched it. The cattle Will leave that mulch layer it allows a mulched layer to sprout new plants and was allowed to go to seed and it will hold a tons of moisture. Let your field go to seed every time before you graze it. My pastures go to seed 4 or 5 times in a growing season before it’s grazed and every field is completely headed out and have gone to see to have winter stock pile.
