In your settings, to make it easier when you are shooting it is in *game* settings, scroll all the way down and enable translucent aiming. This will put you in first person most of the time. It is necessary for PvP and is a slight learning curve but it’s worth it. You can also turn off blood on your screen to see your surrounding better when you get low, in the same settings bar, *Game: General Settings* in the HUD style make sure it says RPG. That will take off the blood around your screen.

If you full charge an ASD you can kill it in one shot. Just slow down and steady your flight and let the shot go. Wait patiently for them to stop moving and catch them off guard if you can. That’ll give you a more successful kill. You also got flight glitched in this video. There is a speed and break glitch. If that happens, press SHIFT or SPACE. *edit:* you did it, congrats!

I have the game and I have played it in a non pvp server but honestly from what I heared if you're not in a clan you're just gonna get hunted down over and over again. So I dunno...I feel like I'll just rage quit everytime

Another tip for SS is the *Cloak Bite:* to do this you press your cloak button and bite immediately after, this will make you go completely invisible for a second and that is enough to confuse your enemy while tree flying OR flying into an FS mouth at full speed. Btw, never land on your target. If you need stam pull from the fight and land somewhere else. Your bile management was really good! Stam management not so much. You used a lot of stam when you didn’t need to, you can let gravity do the most.

I like this game but i hate clans and i hate cocky groups Who talk alot of crap but cant do anything by themselves and that is literally what DoD is all about these days, its not survival of the fittest anymore its survival of numbers. That and i struggle learning to do flying combat and when i FINNALY have a slight feeling of confidence after a few hours of flying getting the hang of it a little thaaats when i Get jumped by 4 people typing in chat «YOU NEVER SHOULDA CAME TO OUR CLAN’S TERRITORY» like omg you dont own the dam map and lets say i SOME HOW kill all 4, they jump on another Dragon Like its path of titans to Get revenge and when i die they talk shit.. but then again i see videos of SUPER SKILLED people Who kill small clans BY THEMSELVES and every time i see that i Get on and i’m like «I CAN DO THAT TOO» but they have thousands of hours and the difference shows when i’m on. They Are just different, they know things i dont. In short, ITS A HAAAARD AF game to learn

Day of dragons looks really good, and I bet the future updates are gonna be wonders with the sand slayer and 1.0 map and so much more. But the main problem I have with it (I haven’t played it, this is just observation I don’t have the game yet) is the gameplay loop, it’s an ugly mesh of both path of titans and the isle, long growth periods and high stakes like the isle which would be forgivable if it didn’t have the mega packs and kosing players of path of titans (both games I have played). Probs because there is no establish ecosystem to DOD like POT where the game is treated like a free for all rather then a true rpg. But that’s my own opinion, hate me in the comments if you want.

As a solo you want to find things that are an easy and fast kill. If you run into a clan you will die 90% of the time. As an SS you should be killing ASD’s. They’re easy and fast. ALSO, you should keep away from craft skins. Only go for the spawn skins because if you go for a crafted skin it’s most likely a clan and you will get swarmed. When you are fighting an SS as an SS you need to focus on bites. Plasma is immune to plasma, acid is immune to acid, fire is immune to fire. It does do slight damage but bite attacks do a lot more and should be your primary focus.

I've been aware of DoD for a few years now and hearing about it finally getting out of early access very soon excites me. I've not gotten the game yet as I'm waiting a bit longer for things but it's highly likely I'll finally get day of dragons either within or a bit after the soft release
