“Just let me feel SOMETHING” “I don’t even wanna die anymore, I’m too numb” These two sentences are things I say all the time.. because My depression just makes me feel like nothing,... absolutely nothing.

tmexy your comment brought me to tears, I felt so broken. I don’t know who I am, who I’m becoming nor who I want to be. I don’t know where I am nor where I am going. I’m lost. Faking a smile has become such a habit my mom can no longer tell the difference from when I’m genuinely happy over when I’m smiling just to keep the tears from coming. I feel so alone, no one cares and I am so tired. I feel week, it’s not even mental or emotional anymore I’m physically in pain, getting up is painful, moving is painful, getting dressed hurts. My heart is aching, it heart. It is in literal pain. My mom asks me if I’m okay and I say I’m fine because I don’t have the heart to look in the eyes of the woman who gave me life itself and tell her I no longer want it. I feel trapped inside myself. I’m so desperate but I have nothing. I spend the majority of my life sleeping because I rather be asleep and numb over being awake and in constant pain. I feel like Im drowning with weights tide to my ankles. I can be in a room full of people yet feel so alone and invisible. As if I can scream at he top of my lounges but no one will hear me. The fact that you’re a complete stranger , know nothing about me and still took the time to let me know that I will be ok and that I am in your prayers touched me in a way you don’t even imagine. I will forever remember you, you right now & there gave me a reason to live another day. You’re an angel and I feel blessed. This world needs more people like you, I’ll forever be thankful for what you did for me. Have a blessed night

I'm not trying to do a motivational speech or something but i feel you and understand you. I'm not quiet I'm impulsive and all the pain and emotions just become fury. We are going trough this.I know you probably already know that but you are NOT ALONE EVEN WHEN YOU FEEL THAT you are alone. I don't know what kind of pain do you feel right know or what your story is but it's okay not being strong all the time just let it be and GIVE YOU TIME TO HEAL. It's not easy cause You want to be what other won't never be for you but sometimes take time to express your pain and solve your problems and let the others solve their.
