I think if Jojen showed up totally fine in WOW I'd be incredibly disappointed. Weirwood paste Jojen is a good ending for him. It's very obvious he knows how he is going to die and is not thrilled about it.

I'm convinced that it's possible. jojen knew how he was going to die and seemed "fine" up until they get to the cave. it's one thing knowing you're going to die completely another to face it. he became more depressed and even at one point wanted to leave. bran also mentioned that it looked like blood I don't think grrm would just throw that in there. add in that it is grrm writing this no one in the story seems to die clean. and that blood magic and cannibalism are natural things in this world.

Tyrion also has Bronn kill Symon Silver Tongue who then tells Tyrion that Symon was added to the "bowl of brown" stew down in one of Flea Bottom's pot shops. Book Tyrion is not as nice as TV Tyrion, even though I love them both.

Great video, I like this type where its sort of a neutral presentation with both sides of the argument being explained. I never heard this theory before and I find it to be completely ridiculous, but I still like to hear all the theories and reasons why people believe them to be true.

Maybe "Weirwood seeds" are blood. The whole theory makes perfect sense to me. There seems to be quite a lot of blood magic going on. I'm not saying its absolutely true, but I wouldn't rule it out.

yeah I agree with you it's a good theory but it lacks evidence many people believe that since jojen died in the tv series that the theory must be true but Dan & Dave Clearly said the show and book are going in different directions...for example mance,shireen and jojen are all dead on the show but very much alive in the books

Why do you think Jo Jen is still alive? Where did he go? Surely they didn't take off walking back to the south. They had to know it was a one way trip, at least for an extended period there wouldn't be much of any way back.

3:24 Wait, what if by "weirwood seed" Leaf meant it metaphorically. Consider Jojen's powers are connected to the weirwood net. The weirwood trees are the physically embodiment of the Old Gods hivemind system and Jojen is just a small component of that system i.e. a "weirwood seed." And we all know seeds are capable of germinating and develop and Jojen paste "develops" Bran's abilities. It's crazy but it could fit.

I could tell from the way the evidence was put forth in this video that you didn't subscribe to the theory lol you left most of the stuff that seemed most convincing to me out so when you said you don't believe it, that was very predictable. Just saying, I can tell you were going for unbiased here but it didn't really work.
