I am from Mexico, where I live, no one listens to this type of music and they do not worry about seeking God, but the Lord is good, He allowed me to listen to these praises, my soul lives in Jesus Christ my Savior, one day we will be in His presence and We will share the table with the Lord, Hallelujah !! I grew in an Assembly of God church in WV, we would sing songs like this during worship service, the nostalgia is pretty strong here lol

I have a skip in my step as I park my car in a concrete jungle, and hidden harmony in my heart in my florescent lit cubicle defying the hive mind and breaking free from the plastic system of things. I have a secret praise in my coffee cup and a chorus of merciful angels humming in my ear in every boring board meeting. thank you. your have saved my life and liberated my mind.

We just gave our final goodbyes to my Mother and this version of one of her favourite songs was close to me all the way. Thanks for giving such a beautiful rendition.

I was in a Southern Gospel band called The Gospelaires many years ago. We sang in and around Elkins, WV. The band was made up of Doloris Morals guitar and lead vocals, Vanda Gum honky tonk piano, Mary Caraher bass and me on clawhammer banjo and harmonica. What a great thrill it was to sing those songs with those ladies. We sang a lot of Cooke Duet type songs like "I Can't Even Walk" and some traditional songs like "Welcome Table". Doloris had a deep country alto voice like Sara Carter or Wilma Lee Cooper (to whom she was related). Mary sang a pure alto harmony with Doloris. What a group!!

Millennials won't know this song. This was my Sunday school experience

Hey Walter Van Lieshout. I just lost my last earthly father 04/02/15 (step dad) it can become overwhelming folding flags but thankfully because of our father we can know "our fathers" are just fine. I want to be celebrated no more than anyone else leaving hear and this song really kicks it huh? LOL. Everything is fine. I recommend this music and a BBQ in honor of all our father and mothers! LOL

I love Southern Gospel. We've always sung 50's gospel in my Lutheran church, but when I went to Christian camp as a kid, we always sang Southern Gospel and I loved it.

My son (18) is singing this song in church this week. This is the version he grew up singing but he is slowing it down just a bit as we have an elderly congregation and he wants them to be able to able to sing along.
