Hi bro..already using a Casio enticer, . Need a sport look Gshock. I am considering 5600UE(solar) but this GW 5000u1 looks very smilar. As a first tim ebuyer which one should I consider? Is there any significant difference between these two? Your suggestions
Hi Abhishek! The G-5600UE Tough Solar is a Basic Solar G shock - with all resin build The GW-5000U is a higher grade G shock built for the Japanese Domestic Market initially and it has resin case but softer strap, DLC coated screwback case and stainless steel core which means stainless steel lugs. It also has mulitband which for Indians is not of any help as we are not in the radio signal range of any of the 6 atomic clock stations (but I have made a video where you can acquire the signal using an app to set accurate time on your Multiband G-shock)
An engaging conversation.. Hope there’s more to come.. Thankfully your excitement didn’t make you wear your clothes“Superman style” (hope you get what I meant) 😉😉 While “I love affordable watches” was music to my ears, I had to raise my eyebrows when 2 of your (and Jose’s) 3 favorites don’t quite belong to “affordable” category (for me at least) . I wonder how good negative display on GD350 is.. The display on my GBD800 is so illegible that I’m thinking of getting it changed to positive display by a “mod specialist” at an expense of Rs 1K 😞
Thank you for Watching Sir. Next time I will wear a Spidey Suit haha We love affordable watches but the topic was 'our 3 favorite G-shocks' for various reasons. When it comes to favourite - you go by why you like it and not see the price. Negative Display on GD-350 is the best. I can vouch for it. Make sure the Mod expert does a good job and not mess up the Gasket and take your G-shock from 200m WR to 20m
@@TickTockTreasures Thanks for the heads up.. I’m now rethinking about the negative to positive conversion.. BTW, I didn’t mean a full Superman Suite, I meant only the bottom half where inner wear is worn outside and vice versa !
