A Spanish family taught me this recipe. I don't cook chicken any other way!
▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
~ 8 chicken legs
Salt, ground pepper
a piece of butter and a little vegetable oil
Fry the chicken thighs on all sides over high heat
1 onion
a few celery sticks
large clove of garlic
~ 50 ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon paprika, 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
~ 250 ml light wheat beer
Simmer for about 30 minutes, turning the chicken thighs occasionally
Open the lid about 10 minutes before cooking to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
Very tasty chicken legs with spaghetti or mashed potatoes!
