This thing is hard af for me and my gf we are both in our 30s and this was difficult it’s doesn’t fit it most of the areas to assemble the way it was made was cheap
I’m interested in this cage but after the comments and replies I’ve read then I may have second thoughts on it, so please help me see if this is worth it or not?
Dear Kathy, Furet Tower is a large living space thanks to the multi-level structure. It is complete with specific accessories for ferrets: a toilet, a drinking bottle, plastic feeders, shelves and internal ladders. This cage is also easy to clean and to move thanks to the wheels. For more details we suggest you to visit the product page at this link>> www.ferplast.com/gb/furet-tower.html We remain at your disposal for any doubts. Have a nice day 😊
Is there a way to stop the plastic tunnels from falling out? We got this a few days ago and the tunnels are very flimsy. A few times already our two hobs have been climbing up to the second floor via the tunnels and its fallen off with them inside. Obviously not great. Its also the only way for them to access the top part of the cage.
Dear Kaskae, In order to give you some advice, we would like to understand better how you assembled the tunnels. Can you please send us some photos? Please write an email to our customer service: customercare@ferplast.com We remain at your disposal 😊
@@ferplastitaly We assembled them as the instructions suggest, with the white connectors clicked between each section. Copied the tube layout as shown on the diagrams. We have had a couple of incidences now where the tubes have collapsed with one of our ferrets in them so we have removed them from the cage. We are also slightly disappointed with the doors. Our hobs are getting caught on the door bars which could seriously injure them. We have made more adjustments to the cage because of this which is fine, but not something we were expecting to have to do based on the amount we paid. Wont be recommending sadly.

Hi Chris, We are sorry to hear assembly is hard for you. As regards corner tube, if you mean the column that secure the net, in the instructions you can see the difference between the two profiles. To clean this cage, would the top one need to be disassembled to clean the bottom one for a full clean out? Is the play tube completely connected to the hole in the base?
