I wanted to make this speedrun guide for a long time, but I never thought I was good enough to be a source of information for it. I realized that I would never feel that way no matter what, and that maybe this guide could help at least one person.
In total, I think I worked on this for about 2 weeks: making a script/outline, recording footage, restarting, learning video and image editing, recording and editing audio. This is the first time I ever tried something like this, and I'm still not happy about the result, but it's a good start. Also, editing is a fucking pain, dude, like for real.

I’ve found that on lvl2 and greater council members you can get a cheeky hit with any projectile arcana and if it has

I been using a wind build with rapid cooldown. It melts everything and gets high crit with mobility, but it's close range so the final boss spanks me 😅. I wanna try this, but I'm so used to doing the close range wind build

Would the game still be speedrunnable with the new sura cause I think the skill cap just skyrocketed. Also great vid!

It can for sure, at the moment there isn't a category for it, but some runners have been including phase 3 as a personal challenge. I need more practice with it myself, and thanks!

@@AvioenCan you buy cardice prime enhanced in main plaza for permanent or enhanced version is a boss drop????

@@VijaySingh-ht7sy Signature arcana is always enhanced, you just have to equip the one you want. To get other enhanced arcana you have to buy them from the shops in the trials or get a lucky drop. So it's not actually permanent after you finish a run.

Not sure if I have many tips that would help for coop, but I will say don't be afraid to take cursed relics, even the ones with extreme drawbacks for a niche gain. Especially if you're not making it to the end each time, because they really change up the gameplay and can make for some really fun runs. Good luck!

I have been really loving stacking a lot of cursed relic even with how low my health would get for a small damage increase and it indeed really makes the game a lot more fun when anything can just one shot you, if ever you make a vid more related to coop I'll be first in line to watch it!

Y’wanna know something really funny? I have EVERY SINGLE CHAOS ARCANA EXCEPT FOR CHAOTIC RIFT AND CHAOTIC BUSTER… I don’t know if you get chaos arcana in a scripted order, but if you don’t then I have been really unlucky.

That's the problem with rogue likes. It's honestly too random. Frankly, I'd keep relying on the 99 or 1 hit curse items as they come up far more reliably than attempting a build during a run. Its sad but the game has too much relics, arcana, and randomization.

@@normalguycap Are you kidding? please tell me you’re kidding. that is the fun part about rogue likes, overcoming the randomness with sheer skill and whatever limited resources you can rely on the game to give you. I personally am already able to consistently beat the game without needing to rely on any crutches like chaotic comedy or rules of contingency, and when I do it feels GOOD. I only have one more thing to say to you: GET GOOD MY MAN!

For me I can’t buy cursed relics from the plaza because nox never spawns

You need to kill sura one time then nox will be in the plaza.

"beginner speedrunner" not "beginner at the game." Post-game arcana make it easier. The second build is for people that have trouble beating the game. But that build isn't beginner friendly for speedrunning. In fact it's incredibly difficult and the dash is less intuitive. There is a save I think on the wizard of legend discord with all the unlocks available, pc only though.

If you have the map and cleared the game at least one you can get the cursed relic that makes all damages 99 and a bunch of really safe spells like water dragons for easy farming.
