With "20s reloaded" we embody the spirit of the roaring 20s and combine it with our promise to build guitars of the next generation. We revive traditional body shapes and the typical look of the 1920s to the present day - combining the traditional with the modern.

It's a baritone? How about sharing with us the specs? Scale length, nut width, string gauges, suggested tunings, etc. Obviously all these details are of crucial importance; please don'r keep us in the dark! Also, you "embody the spirit of the roaring 20" but then show a player with a modern approach, tapping and hammering, with absolutely nothing to do with traditional Americana music of the 1920s. Or is this supposed to represent the 2020s?? ;) Your overall advertising and marketing for this instrument is very sorely lacking, I am sorry to say! I know there is great interest right now in the music and instruments of the 20s & 30s; just look at the current popularity of the incredible Waterloo line of guitars from Collings of Austin TX; they are now impossible to get and are back ordered everywhere. (I currently own 3 own them, and just got an original 1933 Kalamazoo KG-11 which is what the Waterloos were originally based upon, and which is a phenomenal little instrument, even at 90 years old!). Also look at all the 'wannabe' retro brands like the Gretsch Jim Dandys, and the Recording Kings; so many lame attempts at capturing the elusive 'down and dirty' luthierie of Gibson/Kalamazoo and O.S./Stella in the 20s and 30s, but very few are doing it right. I own one of your BR all mahogany slot head 12 fret parlor types, (and have played several others) that, while are very good, are still a distant reflection of the Waterloos or my old Kalamazoo. (Of course the price point isn't comparable, but then the 'issues' have very little do do with any 'value added elements'; it's more about 'attitude' and design authenticity, an elusive element sometimes referred to as 'Mojo'. Some very minor changes, including simplifying of design elements, would make it a so much more attractive and desirable instrument, especially if you are trying to capture that certain elusive aesthetic and demographic that I think perhaps you are... Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss these ideas in more depth. I'm presently retired, have extensive experience in marketing, (some design experience in luthierie) as well as experience in music performance and academia. (I studied guitar and renaissance lute at the Royal Conservatory of Music in the 70s, and was later on faculty at NYU in the early 2000s.) Best, -Paul D
