In honor of the 7th annual Chicago Craft Beer Week, we took a look at the expansion in the craft beer industry in the state of Illinois and the stories behind it.
The industry as a whole is growing and affecting so many industries around it - trucking, tank manufacturing, canning, design, raw materials, bar making - the list is endless. These five brewers are a small slice of the bigger picture, but are an accurate portrayal of growth in the state of Illinois and are representative of the industry as a whole.
