Trance is abstract, like art, as is life. It helps us live in the moment, becoming one with God, our true selves which is within us. We are all one extended family, all life. Trance has helped me greatly, beating my anxieties and fears. I no longer fear death or the unknown. I only know this moment. Helps me to be more grateful, feel more at peace and optimistic. And helps get through a tough workout too!

You just might be right - Ferry is awesome with amazing range - check out his new ambient album for example. The only way Armin is better is if he goes back to his old progressive style (early to mid 2000s) and drops all the EDM crap and gets off the mic on his sets - only Coxy can get away with that.

I was waiting for it since Armin played it in ASOT 950 Utrecht. 🥰 This collaboration should be ASOT "Tune of the Year". This is the kind of emotional trance which I really love. For those who are asking where Armin is, don't worry. He's fine. He just took some holidays to stay with his family. See the positive side of this: Ruben is a great host. He's shining brighter. He was "the one after Armin" and now he's enjoying his spotlight. He's cute. I don't mean that Armin isn't great. I adore Armin, but I think that it would be fun if Ruben and Armin changed their positions in ASOT one time to see how it works. @@yochen5000 Regardless it only has 100k on Monstercat's main page. Compare that to Saving Light which was more hyped up. Also Hypnotized been out for a month or so. There is no point in hyping something up which is pretty much forgotten by now. Personally I think Elysian is the way to go with Ilan. Stoneblue sounds like anything from the uplifting trance revival in mid 2010s.

Of course Hypnotized can't keep up with it just like that. Almost no tune can do it... And just because you almost have forgotten about it doesn't mean everyone else has. Don't jump to conclusion only based on your own experience to quick.

How dare you! This is like searching for shelter in someones house, then complaining about the furniture and spit on his floor. This man has done so much for Trance music! Without him it propably would have already almost disappeared into non-relevance. My highest respect for Ferry too, but he has his own radio show, you can listen to it if you don't like ASOT anymore...

I love Armin's style. I just said that I enjoyed this episode. Maybe it's because the songs are more uplifting a not too like techno. I love ASOT.
