⋅ • ✦ ☾ Travelling through the woods one dark evening, you are caught in a storm, but fortunately, an abandoned palace looms ahead. Entering, you find mysterious music playing through the halls, and decide to investigate the source of the noise. As you pace down the halls, the candles illuminate by themselves, and you come to a parlor, within which is a piano that plays on its own, as if controlled by a ghost. Approaching the piano, you realize the piano is not the only noise you can hear from this room, and drawing back a curtain leads you to a secret passageway. Making your way into the tunnel, you come to the entrance of a lavish ballroom. Entering, you realize most of the guests are vampires, and as you are swept away into the festivities, the anticipation builds until the clock strikes midnight, and from the dais in the front of the room emerges the vampire sovereign, here to claim their consort and dance partner for the evening. Finding yourself in the arms of the vampire sovereign, who has chosen you, the two of you dance the hours away until morning comes. ☽ ✦ • ⋅

Winter by Vivaldi has to be one of my favorites, I’m fairly sure I played it in Orchestra once, if not one of the other orchestra groups. Either way, the songs is amazing and I love it.

i had goosebumps when i listened to this the first time, not because of my daydreams on the music (that i have eventually done) but because a memory immediately came to my mind. i was in venice that night and suddenly it started raining. i was going to san marco square when the storm broke out and i decided to listen to music while walking under the rain. i love classical music and baroque and, inspired by the atmosphere of venice, i started listening to vivaldi’s winter. when i arrived to the square the storm was ending but it had made people flee, so i was practically alone listening to this masterpiece with the real rain in the background. the church, the bell tower and the giudecca district in the distance appeared and disappeared with the lightning and i swear it was one of the most magical moments in my life. one of those moments in which you feel truly alive. thank you for bringing this wonderful memory to my mind❤️❤️ and thank you for putting tosca too i love it🥹 ((anyway sorry for my english it’s not my first language))

Pov: As the sky grew more and more bleak, you decide to go to the local bakers for some dinner. Grabbing a lantern, some money and a dagger, you walk out your backdoor into your garden. Only, it feels as if someone is watching you. No, *something* was watching you. A little creeped out, you decide to make it a brisk walk instead of the lazy stroll you were hoping for. Walking through the dirt path in the woods never felt more deserted. It was almost as if all the woods creatures had just...vanished. The trees blocking the moon weren't helping the scary atmosphere. Nearing the end of the path, you start to see speckles of moonlight on the ground in front of you. 'How pretty", you thought. Until you noticed something peculiar. The moonlight was shining it's bright light on large patches of blood. Suddenly an gushing feeling of dread washed over you. You stepped back, almost tripping on a twig behind you. Stumbling a little, you take another step back. And another. And another. Until you can't anymore. Something was blocking your way. Slowly turning your head around, you see figure towering over you, and two blood red eyes staring back at yours. Fin

I have a "condition" called Maladaptive Daydreaming( it's actually a mental health issue but we ain't talking about that here😅) and my Imagination is very strong too so I remember I once used to daydream about a Vampire visiting me (He was hideous actually lol) . So it goes like this : 🦇 A Bat flew through my window, transforms into a dark , hovering figure, his face hidden even in the bright , moonlit room , he prowl towards me ,baring his fangs, but this foul , silly creature didn't know how much I was craving death , to end it all. Seeing me unfazed , with my blank stare , he pulls back .All his life , he craved fear more than blood, watching this weak , meek human showing no signs of terror , grew curiousity in him , a sparkle in his eyes ..how Peculiar. He leaves. 🌕 A month or so goes by , watching the Bat , flying by the window occasionally gave a sense of..... Comfort . Until one day , I see an envelope sealed with a bloody red stamp, and a little bottle with a red fluid in it. If it is what I think it is , I have another chance in life. Unfolding the envelope, hands quivering, heart beating fast. The letter shows drops of ink and scribbled handwriting. ( I hand part two to other viewers . And sorry if there are too many commas. Play with your imagination y'all)

*"Maladaptive daydreaming" bloody heck is that what it's called?!??!* _To my fearless, fragile Favorite,_ _I'm sure you know by now who I am. To say that my brief, nightly visits past your window are the highlight of my days, so to speak, would be an understatement. Tiny, unfazed human: what trouble lies behind your gaze that you can look at me without fear?_ _I am desperate to know._ _In three days time, I will be hosting a magnificent masquerade at my manor (directions enclosed). If fate sees fit and you are so inclined, I would love to meet you there and speak to the one who can look me in the eye with no ulterior motive._ _Until then, my Favorite,_ _The Count of Dracul Manor_ You read the letter impassively. A separate note says, "Drink the vial at midnight and my carriage will come for you." Well, you can't exactly type that into a GPS, but you guess they do count as directions. You close your eyes and take another deep breath before opening them. _"To my fearless, fragile Favorite..."_ You have to admit to yourself, as caterpillars of depression begin to bloom into butterflies of anxiety in your belly, he might need to rethink the "fearless" bit.

Absolutely the most eloquently written book I've ever encountered. And on the other, other hand, the original idea was yours. Pov It's late, the moonlight shines through the windows, making some parts of the castle lighter. You needed to get out of the room, all the laughing and dancing with people made you dizzy. You walk down the corridor, your footsteps echoing through the room when you felt a rough calloused hand grab your waist. You gasp as his face was merely inches away from yours. "Where are you going? Leaving so soon? He whispered in your ear. You glared at him, for he had not danced with you once this evening. He read your thoughts like a bookworm read a book, and he took your hand into his and placed the other one on your waist. He waltzed with you the whole room full never leaving your gaze. You danced for so long, you almost couldn't feel your feet. He smirked devilishly and kissed your hand. "I am afraid I can't let you go... After centuries of searching, I finally found you" You suddenly feel light headed and fell into his arms. All the memories of you and him flood back into the most painful nerve in your brain. "I'm never letting you go again... My darling. My love"

Your stomach turns as his pugnacious lips kiss their way up your wrist and arm, and you try to wrench yourself away but his cruel hands hold you fast. The memories turn around and around in your mind, and your throat goes heavy as you understand who you've been dancing with tonight of all terrible nights. "No," you manage, and your answer is his laughter as his teeth are suddenly long and sharp and made of nightmare. You scream and your free hand comes up to shield your face as you try to turn away, only to be gripped as though in a vise. "You refuse me, my love? Eh? EH?" The monster before you hurls you roughly to the ground, and you look frantically around you for a friendly face. But your stomach drops as you see fanged faces all around you, each more nightmare than the last, laughing gleefully at your distress. You realize, with an icy pang of fear, that you will never see the dawn. "Beg me, my love," says the creature, spreading his hands in mock benevolence as he senses your fear. He gestures. "Come to me, on your knees. Beg me for your life." The cold fear that held you twists and turns and ignites into fire within you. If this is your last night, then it will NOT be spent on your KNEES. You rise to your feet. "I am not your love," you spit, and the crowd bursts into delighted laughter. You raise an accusing finger at him. "You are NO sovereign!" you cry. "And you are NOT MINE!" The creature opens his fanged mouth to speak, but the room falls silent at the sound of slow, distant clapping. The creature's cruel facade falls short, and the crowd suddenly parts for a slender new figure making its way to you. Your eyes widen and your heart pounds as he comes into view: resplendent, cloaked in red and gold, a waterfall of dark hair cascading down his shoulders, a medallion draped over his chest which sparks another memory within you. His eyes, far from the monstrous cruelty of the creature now cowering, hold your gaze effortlessly as the new creature smiles. This, you realize, is the true sovereign. He reaches out a hand to you, and without hesitation you take it. Whereas the monster's were hard and calloused, the sovereign's are warm and smooth. "I knew you would not be fooled by his treachery," says the sovereign, and brings your hand to his lips, but hesitates to kiss it until he sees your willing smile. He leads you away from the monster and all the onlookers, now hushed into reverent silence. You feel your strength returning step by step, revitalized by the vision of beauty leading you onward. "And now, if you are recovered..." He slides his free hand around your waist. You raise your face to his, and find sweetness there. "...may I have this dance?"

Pov: (Gender Neutral) My first POV Its a stormy night, you knew that though. You're clothes are all wet. "Great." You think to yourself all you roll your eyes. You look around, tryjng to find a cave or a tree large enough to cover you from this feezing rain. "I knew I shouldn't have gone out. Oh well, no turning back now." You sigh as you shiver to yourself. You continue to follow the muddy trail that you followed. You only wanted to go to the book store to find a romatic book. "You had to get lost didn't you" you lecture yourself. You hide under a tree and lean again the soaked bark. At least it's better under here than out there. You close your eyes trying to get some rest. Then you hear it. Laughing, classical music. All the way out here? There's no way! You're curiosity spikes though. Enchanted by the music, you follow the sound and stumble apon a castel like building. It looks abandoned and ruined. As you step closer to the door the music and laughter stop. "What the...?" You reach for the door handle, but before could the door creeks open, causing your skin to shiver. You take one step inside bracing yourself for the worse....nothing happens. You sigh before taking another step into the dark. Oddly it feels warm. Finally no more cold. You see a candle on a table to your left. You carefully grab it and see a box of matches next to it. Part 2: You light the candle and the soft glow of the light fills your heart with warmth. You look around for somewhere to sit making sure to be careful with every step you take. The hard rain outside only sounds like a soft whisper now, its soothing to you. You finally find a place to relax and take a breather. You sits down and rest yourself on a comfortable leather couch. You're relaxed state doesn't last for long though. You feel eyes watching you. Your skin crawl and shivers as you look around. No one there. You take a deep breath and try to brush it off as you being paranoid. But the feeling lingers, and the crawling feeling gets worse. It feels like breathing is on your neck. Ice cold breaths. You quickly get up and look around, your breathing quickening. You try to run for the door but you watch as the door locks. You grab the handle and start to shake it restlessly, desperate to get the door open. You hear laughter and you freeze in place. "Who's there!?" You shout, with a studder in your words. The laughter gets louder. Soon the room goes quiet again. You don't like it. "Answer me!" "Sweet sweet dove." A calming deep voice answers your call. "You don't understand what you've fallen into." Your eyes widen as you see a man manifest infront of you. His hair Dark but smooth looking. Yellow eyes that can pierce through your soul. A suit that looks like it came from the Victorian period. He reaches a hand out to you. "Don't be scared my Dove. I will not hurt you." He bows a little as he looks into your eyes. His words are calming as he tries to relax you. "I am the master of this house. You are a guest here. No one can hurt you while you are near me.

Part 3: "How can I trust you?" "You've been here for minutes now. You could've been slaughter the moment you walked through the doors." Your eyes wonder a little as you think. He's right, you would've been killed the moment you walked in the door. Yet you're still alive. He reaches his hand out again. "Do I have your trust?" You reluctantly grab his hand and he smiles. "Good Dove." "Don't call me that." You look away from him but you look at your hand in his. His hand is oddly warm, and his skin is soft. The mysterious man smiles as he watches your gaze. "Come dove, you'll get sick if you stay in those clothes any longer. I'll have a maid get you a hot bath ready." "Thank you..Mister?" "You can just call me Void." He smiles at you. "Let get you clean and warmed up."

Breathing was hard, it hurt... I was nearly gasping and huffing trying to find my way out of that building… The documents I held in my hands would tear my life apart, they are going to put me on the border of the death but I had to do it eventually. The clock ticks like a bomb. A window right in front of me, a rose glass window, colorful like that of a church, gothic in this creepy old place. I had no choice, I jumped right away through it and the glass shattered magistically not giving up its charm till the end. I get caught up in an intertwined-branches- tree . A sudden knock on my door. I shriek. It took me by surprise. I found myself in a seemingly cozy sofa, holding the book preparing me for the finals week . Was it a dream? I gather up my energy taken up by sleep and I get myself up, then I walk slowly to the door. Why now? At this time of the night. Why come to the end of a dormitory corridor right at this moment of the night. Chills go down my spine, adrenaline flows in my veins making my blood pump rapidly in my heart. I open it, sweating. It’s Liraz. “Liraz… you got me jumping out of my place,” I say scanning her amber eyes. “Elanor, the calling clock has been ticking for half an hour now. They are calling all students for a sudden meeting in the Lilith Conference hall right now,” she responds with a an anxious look. “Huh? I didn’t notice at all… Wait, how? It’s 11 pm, right now. This is weird” I shriek. “No time to explain, they say it’s an absolute order. Come with me.”, she says holding my hand tightly. We walk down the long corridor and it reminds me of the odd feeling I had in that dream. My heart starts pumping synchronizing with the echoes of our footsteps. She seems unusually silent today. What’s happening? Why do I feel detached?... Here we are. Everyone gathered, anxious, hassling. The long wide hall was chaotic and cluttered with their nervouness . The short story part 2 “SILENCE”, a hoarse piercing voice came in. It’s the director. Upon this word, a wave of quietness imposed itself in the hall, not even a fly could even breathe. “A serious matter has arisen this year. A grave matter. Thus, we called for you in the Lilith Hall at this time although it is unusual for some of you, students. We totally understand the panic you’re having as some of you have already assumed what has happened.” he continues with his robust tone. Not long after, uneasiness spread once again within and between students. I could not stand this atmosphere. I looked at Liraz who had no worries in her eyes, as if she was detached from this situation. I can’t grasp this information that everyone has already. Each one of them represents a long line of a famous family, a high-ranking elitist one, whether it be fame, money, knowledge or power. Mine has abandoned me in this building after discovering a mysterious fact that until now I know nothing about. It scares me all the time. It makes me feel uneasy and nauseous sometimes. But, I overcame this darkness that might have held me back and I replaced it with warmth and memories I made with Liraz. She’s a sunny person, a funny companion, and one that extended her warm hand to me when I faced dark challenges and I didn't hesitate to be a support for her either. I got used to all of her facial expressions. But, this one she’s been having since this morning is giving me goosebumps … She turns suddenly towards me and looks me in the eyes piercing into them as if penetrating my soul… Something is catching me, creepy, dark... It engulfs me in shadows. I can’t see in front of me anymore. I gasp trying to grasp some air, some breath. My heart starts pumping again and the clock ticks once again like a bomb. I MUST RUN AWAY. The tree is engulfing me in its branches again. I hold the documents tightly in my arms and jump out recklessly. I find myself on a rocky road, I catch on fast and look in front of me to the light that’s glimmering intensely in this strange old garden. I know that I must not trust any of the exits existing in this place, however, I have no other choice. Eyes… I feel like many multiplying glares are focusing on me. They look insane and monstrous. I start huffing and gasping again. The atmosphere is intensifying again… “Elanor, are you… okay?”, a clear tender voice calling for me that seems far away from me. Suddenly I found myself quivering in front of Liraz, her gaze changed into a serene look scanning me. I look at her, trembling hands, confusion all over my face. I tried to ask her what happened, but she shushed me and pointed behind me. We were in the dark corridor again, I'm Holding both her hands tightly and another strange student was standing behind me.

I'm freelance and well, free, since i do it mostly out of the desire to find out the end of people's online povs, 😁but i have done it for a handful of folk (~500pgs total, give or take?), so i guess it counts as experience. At the very least, i can catch stray commas and spelling mistakes, or if you want, i can give tips on plot, story progression, and phrasing/word-choice.

A very cringy pov lmfao: She was tired of hiding her secret to the mortal world. She had reckoned it wouldn't be an object of enigma as to what she turned at midnight; a monster that fed on blood. She had betrayed every royal possible, and at the present the lady was up to it again. She sipped what seemed like red wine, in a glass of pure silver. Her fingers caressed every part of it, claiming the betrayal of a fluid to be hers. It was blood of course, blood that had once run thin down a commoner's spine when he discovered the real identity of the woman. As the violins played, the chimes of unrecognisable instruments in the air; the lady felt a hand on her shoulder: a gloved one to be particular. She turned back, her eyes widening with a smirk on her lips as to greet the gentlemen that stood. One of the most beautiful mortals she had met. He had eyes as soft as nectar and hair that wove smoothly if touched. For a moment she froze, not able to believe this unidentifiable man would've been a mortal. He took her hand softly in his, their eyes speaking unspoken words. He was masked, to completely cover his identity. But then the beauty of the male had faded the next moment as he leaned down next to the woman's ears and softly whispered : "How was the blood, m'lady?"

This is written on the same universe as another vampire drabble I wrote. Also sorry if it sucks im tired: The ballroom was filled with figures dancing, the nobility of the night dressed in their finest. The man in front of you dipped you low, fangs dangerously close to your throat before pulling you back up, twirling away only to reunite with you. Dancing with him, your beloved vampire lord and husband, brought you chills everytime. And so, under the moonlight you continued to dance, the other nobles fading into the background.

The "castle vamped," style of classical music is the only style of classical music, along with 3 others: egyptian sounding (with 9 extra instruments, where sheet music may exist, but no vinyl record, etc.), big-country, with Native American souding [40 extra instruments, where the sheet music is comprised into an Event, a Program, an Atari__, or it's called another 9 other names, where the "shrined," part in big country be drawn out by the valleys and rivers, etc. [instead of a red, or sometimes purple, squiggly-line in the castle-vamped style of classical music when notating the dark, or "shrined," part, where sometimes the shrined part in big-country would be "crunch like," sounding dun-dun-dun dun na na na na na, or "phoenixed," etc., though there is also that type of "crunch," in the castle-vamped style, though not in the other 2, or Native American sounding, where the Native American sounding style is a part of big-country] , sheet music exists, but no recording), then Meso-American (also tombed sounding, sometimes, like the Egyptian style), with "rain-forest," that might include 300-2000 extra instruments (sheet music may exist, no known recording), where there is also another style to mention called, "twilight," or, "galaxy," where they make sound effects, as if one were in a crystal cavern, or near a waterfall, etc., which includes 9 of the original instruments from the regular orchestra, then 50 other special ones, used for twilight, where a classical song that is castle vamped, or big-country, might be okay to "twilight," into, or out of. You didn't have to know what modern was for your song to be classical, but you did have to know about its "shrined," parts, and yes, you did have to know about both classical, and modern, for it to be considered modern. If you are going to play them on record (which they already thought of a long time ago) that is called a routine instead of a concerto. Records that are castle-vamped, might be from the 20s, and 30s, made in Italy or Germany, where the 30s ones are childrens records that don't look like one, and just appear to be a normal record, then you might have some from the 70s, and 80s, where those have covers, maybe a forest, a castle, has old english writing, shows a crest, shows a female, shows a modern city, like New York, etc., but those are rare I think. Now, if the 20s and 30's records are low-fi, etc., compared to the 70s, and 80s records, then you should not interweave, perhaps, but play 4 routines each of 10 songs, where the first two routines are of the 20s and 30s records, and the second two routines be of the 70s and 80s records. Other songs that aren't classical or modern, are ones that are made for a certain place or event, "made for a resturant," not to mention "made for a clothing store," and "made for a buisness." There's nothing else to, "do."
