I went to the Genocide Memorial first thing when I arrived here. Rwanda is now the most peaceful place. What happened here should never happen to any nation.

Raila has always shown that his presidential ambition doesn't supersede the Kenya's. He sacrificed his presidency in 2008 and agreed that an ambitious loser retain power. He again did so in 2017 when the supreme court nullified the election.
