A story about Awakened Consciousness 

Was there a large land mass in the Pacific that sunk due to Earth changes? Many seem to be remembering a lifetime which felt as though it was on MU or Lemuria. This is a journey I had with a kind gentle People who lived at a higher vibration. However, it felt as though this was toward the end of the Lemuria era because some of the people let fear and greed lower their frequency. How did the awakened ones survive and keep their vibration high? What are the keys to returning to an awakened consciousness? How is today's world similar to the examples of people and choices you find in this story?
