SPEND A SUMMERS DAY WITH TEENAGERS: beach, cliff jumping, road trip, secret spots!
HI! This video literally makes me so happy. I'm so thankful for the people in my life who make adventures like this possible. These two days were heaps of fun and really took me out of my comfort zone.
On day 3, Ale and I picked up Olivia and Finlay and headed to our first location. This place is called The pillars - located in Mount Martha, Mornington Peninsula. This place has bee so popular on TikTok and although it's becoming a lot busier due to the attention of social media, I still recommend going. It is so beautiful and feels like the Maldives. (it just might be a little tricky finding parking)
We then headed to the quarry - a little spot that fin showed us. Was pretty difficult getting in but definitely gave us all an adrenaline rush! I've never watched this show but apparently it looks like it's straight out of twilight? Idk let me know if you've watched it haha
Day 4 was a bit of a surprise for us as we went into stage 4 lockdown here in Melbourne. We had lots planned (and a flight booked) so we had to fit a bunch of things into one day! We made the most of the last few hours we had left before we couldn't leave our 5km radius.
We started off at St Kilda (where we heard the announcement) then took the tram to East Melbourne! (Ale found the prettiest houses to take photos at) we had lunch and caught up with the wonderful Abby (who I met 5 years ago at a event called Amplify) then went to the city, interviewed some year 10's about their thoughts on lockdown (and got heaps of footage of Melbourne a day before the 5 day lockdown) That night I invited my friends over for dinner!
