Hit the nail on the head... Melin should sponsor you. Haha. Because of this video i just bought one, heavy sweater at the gym while training.. Needed this hat 2 years ago when i first see it.
I never thought I'd smell a hat on camera 😂💪🏽. I've got one already, but haven't ever really used it for training. I'll start jogging again and use it to. 'hopefully' keep sweat out of my eyes. It is a great cap! I've worn it for daily stuff and am surprised it never smells! Good review. Keep being a hero!
Coming from another "Hat Guy" Thanks for the review!!! Sweat Rings are the end to most of my gym hats. It gets to the point where the smell/look is bad enough that I have to toss it.
I wear this hat when I run. It is soaked after and I walk right into the shower with it and wash it down with my body wash and air dry. Looks brand new every time. Love it.
This means I can add this hat, along with my JBL earbuds to tomorrow morning's shower after I've been jogging 😁 Waterproof earbuds rock! And yeah, it's amazing for the money 🦾
I received my two Melin hats today. First time buyer. The designs got my attention. One in wool. The other in mesh. Honestly they are made from quality materials and the build design feels solid. The question is can you clean them and keep them looking sharp and for how long at this price point ? Maybe use these for casual use instead of sport ? I would hate to have a salt band from sweat on a $60 hat. Otherwise the designs from this company are impressive and the concept of a high end quality designer cap is a slick business move.
It can help you to save some energy. It takes more energy to bring the bar back down to the ground than it does to drop it from the top. Some people don't enjoy throwing the bar down and will carry out a full movement, whereas others do it to save time/energy.
They have a spray that works really good that you spray on your hat inside and out and it doesn’t let that white build up from the sweat build on your hat
This brand hat are manufactured in China. Their cost of material and labor is around $8 to $10. I have a friend from China he's a manager at a garment industry.
Hey John! Ever considered coming to Mexico? I’ll be in San Diego next month. Will drop in Darkside just to have the chance to workout or at least get a picture with you. Huge fan!
$70 for a hat is ridiculous. I bought one. It's an okay workout hat, but for the price it's a ripoff. You can finder same quality elsewhere for half the price.
Not to be a dick or anything but hats are designed to protect your head from the elements outside, not indoors during a workout, that way your definitely going to ruin the inside with sweat.
