Its been so evident that basically every player has just improved some amount at all levels of their game. There is obviously a real buy in across the board in a young group to push on! Mills has been a great choice as a captain, you just have to see him interviewed or do some commentery to see what a smart and calm guy he is who has a wealth of experience to pass on to his teamates.I would think that Jofra would be available for the second stint of Blast games post the T20 world cup, given he isn't playing any red ball cricket this year?
Would be a huge shame to lose Robinson but wouldn’t mind seeing Karvelas in the side. Not to keen on Crocombe, he’s been getting belted everywhere in the 2nds all pace but no discipline. Like Paul said I hope England forget about Ollie but he’s bowled beautifully so can’t see them not taking him :/ Great assessment from the first 8 games. Been an excellent start to the campaign. Everyone has chipped in somewhere.
The one plus is that Joffra should be available after the T20 world cup, he has indicated a desire to play and won't be playing any red ball cricket at all. Obviously once again the ECB has completely screwed over the blast by scheduling the Aussie T20s wrapped around finals day but even having him for the last set of league games and a potential Quarter would be amazing!
