A Thousand Knives 

In the tenth grade in '77 when this came out, I was shopping with my mom at K-Mart and asked her to buy me this record. She took one look at the cover and said "Oh my goodness, are you sure?" I still have it😊

I've never heard anyone mention how some his classics from this period are built around an obvious Beatles mid-sixties rhythm that's instantly likable. 'Just What The Doctor Ordered' is another. Always think of 'Paperback Writer' when I hear this or that.

All the great Nugent songs have one thing in common, Derek St Holmes voice.... OK the Meatloaf vocal tunes were great too.
