I'm a 59 year old retired US Marine and this rendition gets me every time. I've teared up more than once. Just so lovely and touching. ❤️ Miss Gina is truly transcendent. The strings are poignant and soulful, the band and arrangements are perfection, and the triumphal chorus at the end just brings it all to a glorious, climactic finish. Wonderful. Wonderful. 💕

As an Asian American, I was especially enthralled to see and hear Asian Australians in this exquisite cover of that iconic song from “Twilight.” The string section added to the emotional mood, and Gina’s rich, deep alto voice was a revelation! The bass player's expression at 3:37 is priceless and a reminder to all of us musicians of the great feeling of performing, and "hearing" our end product. I,ve watched probably 80% of your HSSC catalogue and really love the mix of music styles and genres and hell you done some great ones but this one for some unknown reason has really grabbed me! I also watched your behind the scenes video and it just impressed me how much time effort and work goes in to your productions. Gina was brilliant ,the band ,the girls on strings and the choir. If I had the means, say if I won the lottery, I would donate to charity, then get to Australia and bring all my friends to watch you play our favorite songs. I don't know if I could let you stop. I dont know the original and dont care ........ on its own merits, the song is performed beautifully ; the young soloist shows great poise and pitch, the string players sound terrific without any pitch issues and the choir is perfect. Nice recording Darren. Huge props go to the adults in the room for spreading the love and encouraging young people , the effects will ripple for years and add big time to our world. Very cool. Oh my goodness... This is absolutely amazing. Gina's voice is so stunningly beautiful and her vibrato adds a whole other level of emotion to the performance. Eunjoo, Naomi, Katherine, Cindy and Wendy, your beautiful playing made this performance even more wonderful and Eunjoo's solo at the beginning was so amazing (the fact that you were playing without music as well! Massive respect!). The choir singing at the climax of the song made it even more spectacular, and the bubbles were cute too! This performance left me completely speechless and near tears. Seeing and listening to you all perform so beautifully makes me so proud to be an Australian, and I feel so lucky to know you in person. I am in absolute awe of you all and so proud of you guys! 👏🤩

Watched this after a bad long nightshift in a German Hospital. After doing what part of my job is, taking several dead people into the pathology and having a chat with a 96 year old covid deceased woman, who hopes to survive her infection. This is why I love HSCC so much; my favorite cover band. What a beautiful, perfectly executed, heartfelt performance. Gina Wang is beautiful and wonderful, and I truly enjoyed her singing along with the choir and the outstanding string instrument ensemble. HSCC never stops with surprises, and folks it really doesn't get better than this. I always feel warm and happy after these performances. RU-vid should have music awards for outstanding bands and performances because if anyone deserves it, it's HSCC. Nice job guys, really.

Just Wow! Was not expecting that. Not that familiar with this song but she nailed it. 61 year old man weeping at RU-vid. Lotta power and heart. You guys just continue to amaze me, is there a better term for cover band, you’re so much more than that.

Darren, Con, Gina when heard this version of Perri song I was choked with such emotion I sent this video the women that mean the most in my life, that is my daughter and my 5 sisters. This version of this song reached my heart so much I told them how much I love them all. Not many songs have effected me to that degree in my entire life. Thankyou so much for adding beauty to our lives at a dark time.

Ok so I'm a big fan of HSCC but Twilight not so much (it's been played to death in our house lol). So I wasn't going to watch the song. But after watching the behind the scenes vid over on Smakon Content and the work put in, I came back and watched it. Great performance by all!

Seriously so good…just phenomenal!!! This is HSCC’s second cover that, to me, is FAR better than the original! Her voice is incredible. Coming across things like this puts me in complete wonder of the beauty people are capable of making!
