When Kopecky went to the front in the last 3 kilometers I would not have given her another turn. If she wants to sprint against the chase group instead of just one other rider, let her.

she sat on most of the breakaway to the finish....she took a couple of baby pulls....I guess it's team tactics, but not an honorable way to win

probably longo borghini wanted to save the second place. I think she didn't expect to win against kopecky no matter the amount of work she has to put in but take at least a second place.

@@NateBerkopec you're smoking crack dude. If you sit on for the last 2 miles, of course you're gonna have more of a pop in the sprint. Elisa probably knew it was pull and get 2nd or fend off 5 others

Are you talking about ELB who became a laughing stock and worst loser ever at AGR 2021, when she was refusing to do any pulls in 2 riders breakaway and finished 8th because of that, losing all the places at the finish. After such a stupid failure, she cannot afford to do it again.

As far as I am concern, Borghini didn't play it smart enough, sure if she don't push DV might catch up, but she should realize there is no way Kopecky will let DV catchup and win!! same team or not!!! no way!

Are we watching the same race? How can you possibly call this "thrilling!"??? It's a typical, boring, predictable women's "pro" race finish. Slow... uneventful... same winner(s) every time. Meh. It's only slightly more entertaining than watching paint dry... because women just don't have that explosive power that men do on a bike. These two just essentially phoned it in until the last 500 meters... when Kopecky (of course) blew by her and won easily. That's literally the opposite of "thrilling!".

Lol both this race and Omloop were much nicer to watch on tv compared to the man races (and it's the man races which were actually predictable, hell Pogi even announced how he would win it the day before!). Also, you're an idiot. All love tho
