On this track most of the work is done by the Keys. I tried to push it to its limits. There are two sequences, both identical, but the second one has one more voice. Mixing the use of flux mode, switching between unison and poly modes and messing around with portamento and attack give a lot of room when it comes to structuring a song.
The NTS-1 starts with an open EG detuned note and then an irregular ascending 5 notes length arpeggio on the second part.
The Drum suprised me with snare here (not a great fan of it). It can sound very realistic with some slice notes if you work the accents. Also, there is a lot of probability on hihats, snare and kick to make the sequence more dynamic.
This was the first idea that motivated me to build all the songs. I think all the responsibility lies with the Keys.

The volcas are connected to a mixer (Mackie Mix12Fx) and recordered in one stereo track on the Tascam DR-40x. All effects are from the NTS-1.
