a tiny 18th century cottagecore picnic by myself 

The flowers in a little vase! I mean, if you're going to do something, do it properly, but what an elegant little touch. The outfit was beautiful, and I wouldn't have called any part of it a mess. If you've been having 30°C+ temps in Holland as we have here in England, that was a monumental achievement just getting to the park.

Thank you for the inspiration of a flower vase. I just bought my fishing license (been fishing since I was 4). This is my excuse to get out of the apartment and into the outside. Living in the downtown of our capital city, this means I can walk down to the river with my kit and fish below Parliament Hill. Mister Husband will be bringing a book. And carrying the picnic basket.
